Councillor Andree Frieze was the elected candidate for Richmond Park, while Councillor Richard Bennett had been selected by members to stand in Twickenham. Both are stepping aside as part of the Electoral arrangements made in 60 constituencies across England and Wales with the Liberal Democrats and Plaid Cymru.
